Luc Mattenberger (*1980) is a Swiss artist who lives and works in Geneva. He completed his MFA (Hons.) and a postgraduate at the Geneva University of Art and Design (HEAD) in 2007. He works principally in the field of sculpture and installation. His works explore the multiples convinces between man and machine, with a particular interest for the engine as vector and symbol of power. Throughout his career, the artist has been rewarded with several prizes, (e.g. «Prix de la Fondation UBS», «Swiss art award», etc.) and residency programs in Rome, Prague, Paris and Berlin.
